With over 30 years in law enforcement, he has served in a wide range of roles including DEA Task Force Officer, SWAT Team Leader, and Deputy Chief of Operations. Since becoming Chief in 2021, he has led initiatives to strengthen community trust, modernize operations, and implement tools like the department’s UAV program. In addition to his role as Chief, Noeller serves as Deputy Mayor of Pueblo and 1st Vice President of the Colorado Association of Chiefs of Police. He holds a master’s degree in criminal justice from Boston University, a bachelor’s in leadership from American Military University, and is a U.S. Navy Reserve veteran.
