Ken Kuebler is a safety and security executive with 30 years of experience in law enforcement, large events and venue security. Ken specializes in planning and risk management for event and venue operators and in helping organizations craft policies and procedures to align with their unique risk profile and organizational risk tolerance. Additionally, he is a nationally recognized instructor for the National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4) and FEMA and is recognized by NCS4 as a Certified Sports Security Professional (CSSP).

Born in West Palm Beach, FL, Deron is married with two children. He is a US Army veteran, honorably discharged as a Sergeant in 1987, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Barry University. He served as a Deputy Sheriff in Palm Beach County (1990-1996) and an FBI Special Agent specializing in criminal and counterterrorism investigations (1996-2016). He then worked at Ingersoll Rand in Crisis Management & Business Continuity until 2018. Currently, he is the Director of Safety & Security at Snoqualmie Casino.
