Brittany Urban, Director of Analytic Solutions, SoundThinking

Brittany primarily represents ResourceRouter in the SafetySmart Platform. As part of her work with ResourceRouter Community, Brittany visits Law Enforcement Agencies and Community Violence Intervention Groups across the country to share data-driven violence intervention and prevention solutions. Prior to joining the ResourceRouter Team, Brittany served as a Crime Analyst and Community Researcher in the City of Pittsburgh, where she is still based today.

Hailey Mendoza, Crime Analyst, City of Oceee Police Department

Hailey Mendoza is a Crime Analyst at the City of Ocoee Police Department near Orlando, Florida. She has also served as a Criminal History Analyst and Crime Laboratory Technician with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. She graduated from Tallahassee State College with an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice Technology. She is currently attending the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Analyst Academy. Hailey currently advises Police Command Staff on Intelligence-Led Policing Strategies focusing on positive crime reduction outcomes.
