Fred Milanowski joined SoundThinking after a distinguished 33-year career in federal law enforcement with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). He most recently served as the Special Agent in Charge of ATF's Houston Field Division for seven years, where he significantly expanded the implementation of the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) and crime gun intelligence programs.
