Brian McKenzie, SoundThinking

Brian McKenzie brings over 14 years of law enforcement experience, having served as a police sergeant and forensic firearms examiner. In the private sector, he now leads ALPR strategy at PlateRanger by SoundThinking. Since transitioning from public service 4 years ago, he has managed more than 300 law enforcement accounts, trained thousands of officers on ALPR strategy and best practices, and played a key role in driving state-level policy changes to expand ALPR use.
